Buy Your Dream Home
Buying an available home in Central Park is easy. Your buyer's agent is welcomed at Central Park - so please inform the site agent when you visit and prior to contract that you are working with a local realtor and provide their contact information.

First things First....

Preapproval by a local and reputable lender will give you an idea of the price point of the home you can comfortably afford. Your lender will also provide a good faith estimate of what your monthly mortgage payments will be. You will need to disclose financial and personal information about yourself as well as any co-buyers to your mortgage lender. If you haven't already established a relationship with a lender or have mortgage preapproval, Central Park's onsite Community Specialist can assist in this process.

Make Your Offer

Once you find your Central Park dream home - provide a written offer with earnest money and your mortgage pre- approval to the site agent - who will forward your written offer to the builder. An offer is time-contingent, and one of three things can happen: acceptance, counteroffer, and denial.

The Final Walk Through

After your written offer is accepted a closing transaction will be scheduled. You will have an opportunity for a final walk through of the property. At closing, you will bring your money for down payment, pre-paids and closing costs. You will meet with a closing agent from the title company, the builder and the Central Park site agent. All the numbers will be reviewed, documents will be signed and once money has changed hands - you will be handed the keys to your new home.
